Foreground elements often help focus viewers attention on a specific area or lead them into the photograph. In the photo below i have use a single Trillium flower as a foreground element...but the choices for foreground element are endless. I have used Waterfalls, Lichen, Reflections, A light painted hoodoo, Rocks, Mud and even a human figure as a foreground element.
